5 stud wheels
been looking at set of rays wheels for escos , but they only come in five stud, can the hubs be converted to 5's or is it too much hassle. also does anyone know what offset rondells are ? et 22? or et 18?

I've looked into this in great detail.. yes you can convert hubs to five stud, easiest way is to swap the hubs for Granada five stud hubs and that won't effect your offset, the problem is Granada stud pattern is 5x112 which is Mercedes and Audi fitment which is ok if you like bling wheels but the offsets are awful most being around ET40 so you would still need long studs and spacers.
You can get one off hubs made aswell but the offset problem seems to be the same for all the five stud wheels thou, when you eventually find a wheel you like the offset is usually awful and your still need big spacers
So the way I look at it is there is no point swapping hubs on an Esc Cos as your still need spacers so you might aswell save yourself the hassle and just buy spacer stud convertors from H&R and convert your existing four stud. I beleive Chris at Carnoisseur South can get them.

thanks for the replies lads , not sure if im any further forward , paul do you mean there is a bolt on 5 stud hub/spacer that fits onto original hub,
ad quite happily fit spacers , was going to do it for 19 legarras.
do you know a rough cost of such a "conversion"
