Springs???
How low are your lowered Escorts???
Mine is VERY (and to low) low, and I am thinking about getting a bit up to a better driveable hight. i am happy with my yellow KONI´s...
What do you think about Gmax PI or other???
I dont do much track (maybe a little some day only to get to know the car better), drive it everyday, so it is NO racecar

I've got some -25mm AVO fitted to mine with koni shocks, do the job nicely.
I always think they look better with a raked stance (lower up front) seems to suit them. I think if there too low you run the risk of them looking like a replica.
