I cannot for the life of me find the finis for the clips that hold the header tank to turbo pipe onto the inner side of the slam panel

can someone help please

 

I want one too

 

i bought one a few months ago and the number on the packet it arrived is F1651304.

hope this helps, by the way how many clips should be present to hold this pipe to the slam panel

I believe there are two of these clips

 

i have 1 on mine but there should be 2 i think they just get brittle over time and snap

 

if there is supposed to be 2 then, the clip that I have does not fit in any predrilled holes on my slam panel (the clip does fit the hose).

I couldn't test its fit where the other clip is as that wouldn't come out and I didn't fancy snapping it.

 

if i remember correctly there is only one fitted from factory,but im sure there is a spare hole,although its a diff size,i had a job finding that one myself

 

i want some too, mine has cable ties

Sorry for delay been away, yes the part number is correct

 

tryed too put a new in the other hole - but F1651304 -part nr dont fitt - hole too big - but fitted perfekt in orgnal place

 

 

it does fit in the other hole which is too big, you need to spread back of clip hold in position in the hole and put a cable tie around the back of it job done looks factory

Look "behind" the bonnet stay clip I used to have one there, but it broke when I changed headgasket and had most the parts off...

There is 2 clips, the others are obviously missing one!

 

soory JHS my esc is standar all the way - ford part list stating only one...

 

How do you know 100% for sure your car is standard...? I doubt very much Ford used strips like shown in your picture.

What do you suggest that hole on the slam panel is for then...?
