Poly bushes............
when you fit poly bushes are you meant to grease them lightly before fitting them?
The reason im asking is because mine seem very squeaky over speed bumps and inclines and its really starting to annoy me now. I thought id give them a bit of time to bed in but there still the same after about 1000 miles!!!
Any thoughts on this?????

So it would be safe to say mine werent greased then, causing the squeeky-ness.
Looks like ill have to take them all out again and grease them then.
Cheers Mike.

you might also find that they will squeeak beacuse yuo've done teh nuts and bolts up with the suspension in the air
when it setles the poly is compressed more and this can also cuase the noises
when you grease them make suer the last few turns to nip them up are done with the suspension on the ground so the wieght of teh car is puttin ghte bushes in the right places

dojj, i think GGR fitted them so surely they'd have fitted them the correct way???

Usually you have to grease them to fit them otherwise they wont go in, I would say its through lack of use plus, bear in mind manufacturers dont fit polybushes as standard for a reason
