easy enough if you have a hand like Jeremy Beadle.

Just a bit of a squeeze to get your hand in at the nuts right under the inlet manifold. Top
bolts are easy to get at.

Get a Cometic gasket to fit back onto it.

Can you get away with leaving the plenum on or does it all have to come off?

if you split it,it does make things a lot easier to get at,but i can guarantee youll have a couple hundred scratches by the time youve done

Bit harder if you got ac as the alloy pipes dont flex much! But can be on and off in about 1.5 - 2 hours and like dave cos says defo get cometic gaskets as the standard ones nearly always go again.
