carbon exhaust surround
Has anyone fitted 1 of these?
Whats the best thing to use to stick it to the bumper, i was going to use Sikaflex!!!
All suggestions appreciated

thats what i used mate and wedges of wood against the floor and left it overnite to dry

Just take a rivet and rivet it to your bumper.
First take the exhaust off and then rivet it there above and under the exhaust.
That way, it won't show with the exhaust on.

i think they look quite smart, on the correct colour car.
fitted one on a mates black escort a few weeks back and used black rivets, it fitted perfectly.
and that was one supplied thru Ian @ Racetek.
was considering getting one for my own car aswell.

Same as me mate and mine didnt touch it just gets very hot with over 400 bhp, so i fitted one to hide it.
I can get away with one better as i have carbon on the front aswell as in the engine and it looks a lot better than seeing a burnt bumper once you polish the tail pipe up

Exhaust isnt touching, just gets very hot and scorching the bumper as per dunc, any other suggestions then Rolls or daveescos, as im open to ideas!
