Can anyone suggest a good set of plugs to use, I've tried champion, NGK's and iridium ones but they never seem to last for long. The car is fitted with a coil pack conversion it also has eight light blue injectors. Any ideas would be helpfull

 

the gen ford items are less then a score iirc, so what if they need replacing at every oil change
