TO drain
drop the bottom rad hose off (O/S)
clean the system through Refill with fresh water warm up then drain again, then refill using 50/50mix with Ford antifreeze. IIRC its 7 ltrs in total?
put cap on run the car up, keep an eye on the gauge, feel ALL the water pipes to check they are hot, open bleed screw a small trickle of water will come out shut it off, keep running car thermostat will open, check by making sure rad is nice and warm throughout, keep running and fans will cut in... job done
allow to cool overnight and chack water level when cold add if necessary
