Default Brake lights on while driving

My brake lights stay on while driving !!!

Any ideas what would cause this or better yet does it work with a switch ?
If so where is it?

most cars have a switch on the brake pedal, check that, must be stuck/broke.

the switch above the brake pedal may have come out [its only a twist in fit] or it may just want adjusting

to sort this you will need some blu tac and a 2 p piece.

stick it onto the pedal so it makes the switch

what he said... You have to crawl under there to fit the 2p so why not just adjust the switch? (Or replace it)
