apparantly it is an awfull job to do you also need a rhd escort cos bulkhead which is not available anymore.
you may need to find a written off shell and get the bulkhead out of it.

to much arsing about in my opinion, my advise would be to sell your LHD, then find a cheap RHD ESCOS that needs a little TLC and spend the money on the TLC that you would've paid out for the coversion.

If its for Motorsport, why not just drive it LHD?

Its just as easy. A lot less hassle to build etc.

If it is for motor sport why not construct a custom bulkhead, providing you really did get it cheap cheap

You willl prob be running Bias pedal box system and battery in boot etc

Just rob a std MK V for the wiper assembly section..

i have jus bought a escort cosworth motosport shell in LHD , i want to change it to RHD
Is this the white group a one on ebay last week which i got outbid by Ł50.00 on, havent slept since

Reyland had the last two known RHD bulkheads and both have been used, so a written off escos would be the way to do it like steve said

If anyone knows of a ESCOS shell for sale i would be intrested

I used to have a lhd escos and looked into converting it. after a while i decided it was best to leave it alone and just got used to it. far too expensive to convert and too much of a ball ache to do it myself

Have helped do this conversion useing sierra lower bulkhead and mk5 escort upper bulk head both sourced from scrap yard.

My mate a couple of years ago checked with ford that parts were available and they said yes collected new shell went to buy necassery panels NOT AVAILIBLE SIR........ But we just bought shell cus you said they were
Still listed but not availible sir
Huge amount of work cutting up two cars in scrappies clean up all bits and then you can start.
They are not a straight fit either lots of f***ing about NOT RECOMENDED
Easier to learn to live with LHD
Good luck
