now have the new custom made radiator
60mm core
adjustable side mounting
now need to find out what hoses will work with the cosworth 4wd enginge
i know as you look at the engine the right out let on the egnine goes to the top of the rad
and the left out let goes to the bottom hose on the rad
what hoses have you guy used rs2000 hoses or cosworth hoses
also i will need to block of hose out lets on the engine as not running a heater.

Dont take this the wrong way but if you had kept it more oldskool ie without the need for speed bits you would have probably got more interest, the styling is not everybodys taste
Im glad your keepng it anyway you have to at least drive it before selling it

The turbo does not need to be plumbed so its water cooled, theres loads running without the cooling to the turbo,i ran without it for ages untill i plumbed a proalloy turbo cooling rad in

but as it was said above, the car is to much'' on the street chav halfords look! its ok to have your own custom look! but if you selling it'' its best to keep old skool with oldskool LOOK'' im sorry if i sound harsh, but i think people know wot im talking about.
but it dont mater now as you are going to keep it! if there was somthing you need to lose on the car, it would have to be the spoiler! you be best of with the stock rubber one or better still, if you want that look! capri Zakspeed'' but they are like hens teeth, but you mite get a fiberglass one!
I must you are now getting back into it, and looking cool with the right parts on!

=paul remove the water pipes from the turbo completely m8,you only need to run water through it if it is a roller bearing type i.e gt series type turbo.you will have no problems what so ever on the t3 with no water cooling m8.i only ran water through mine when i changed to a gt30 m8 then i went in to the stat housing(4x4 stat) and then had a fitting welded in to the top of my rad for the other pipe m8.if you can find my thread on here there are pictures of how i done mine if that elps, but dont worry about the water outlets on that turbo set up m8 it will be fine.

Thanks Paul
Just paid for a set of RS turbo brakes for the rear end
so all I have left to do is fit the rear brakes
make and run the brake lines
fit the rad hoses once they get here
and fit the throttle cable
and get my guy to finish the wiring lol
can't wait
Will post more pics as soon as the parts turn up
And will video to start of the engine for the first time lol

day has been a busy one
got rear brakes delivered so i had to strip the calipers down take them back to metal and repaint them
as the paint is drying i fitted the escort rs turbo vented discs
and fitted the front door weather seals
i also removed the front screen ready for the new screen
refitted the new front screen and new rs solid screen rubber
i know replacing everything old for new is silly but if its worth doing its worth doing right the first time.
i also had my radiator hoses and breather hoses turn up after waiting all day
so got to fitting them as well

With regards brake lines mate:-
brake lines from master to front brakes (solid or braided ????)
brake lines from master to handbrake then to axel (solid or braided????)
for me it has gota be solid as the less flex that you have in a hydraulic system the better.
