you will need a world cup crossmember or chassis mount kit.
and you will need to fit a large gearbox tunnel

I have sent a message on your other post but I will say again I think either a standard rs or carbon fibre rear spoiler would look better on the car.
Really like this car though mate, it really looks the part and believe it or not I have said to one of my friends that the new focus rs green would suit a mk2 and yours is proof of this fact.

I'm trying to find a carbon rear bumper
the rs2000 will not fit due to the XX-pack
so it needs to be a standard rear bumper
I could fit standard and have painted grey to match front
or go carbon
really would like carbon but all the ones I have seen look shxt

it's slowly getting there next on the list is
fuel lines and brake lines

Because you are running a swedish plenum and the fact that the space between the engine and intercooler is a lot smaller on an escort than a sierra you have to shorten the outlet pipe on the intercooler and idealy welded back on at an angle you could also get the plenum altered so that the throttle body sits at an angle to line up with the cooler.
Hope this helps you mate.

You will probably need to shorten the inlet pipe of the intercooler too, as it is at the moment it will put a massive kink in the pipe and restrict the flow of the charge air.
It looks like it is coming along nicely now mate so good luck with the rest of the build

getting the hump now
as you can see from the pic i have fitted the plenum and the hose but i have two problems now.

1 i get a plenum throttle cable mount of ebay.i can though wednesday iwant out happy as pig in shit and dont fit.ie it hits the sillicon hose (fxxker)

now im 100% sure there is notthing wrong with the mount as if the pipe was on a sierra or escort it would be fine? but its not .

2 where do i fit me dump valve as at the moment i cant fit it to the hose as it will sit in line with the throttle cable??

help now guys
1 i twist the throttle body around untill the throttle cable sits on the left not the right ?
this will do two thing let me fit the cable mount and cable and also allow mo fit the dump valve into the hose???

but will i habe any problems running the throttle body that way?????

also with the dump valve i could weld the mount onto the front of the intercooler so it would be out of the way.

this would sit behind the front right hand spotlight??

what do you guys think

need to get this sorted this build has taken to long
i gave my self 6mouths to build it and i am runn out of time

thanks guys

Most people tend to run the throttle body upside down when they run a swedish plenum so you should be fine if you do this plus it looks tidier if it is upside down.
It doesn't really matter where you mount the dump valve but it is better to mount it closer to the throttle body as this is where the charge air is stopped when you back off the throttle.
If you look at my earlier post on here though mate and take my advice on the reposition of the intercooler outlet pipe and angling the inlet slightly on the plenum to line up you will get a much better fit.
Out of curiosity how do you go on when you want to eat with 6 mouths? lol
