im matt from dorset n im fed up with modern shite n seeing myself coming round the corner so its about time i got myself a decent motor

hopefully gona be purchasing a mk2 escort van on the weekend but before i do i have a few questions for u petrol heads out there.

its a rolling shell in reasonable condition and the guy wants 800 notes for it,is this a reasonable price?
also if i purchase said van how much works involved in a 2.0l duratec conversion?

Seems a good price that mate. I paid £900 for mine and thats got no drivers or passenger floor, needs sills and rear arches, although the front inner & outer wings are good.

Darran @ Escort Tec has an aussie mk2 van import up for sale at the mo if your interested. It does'nt need any welding at all by the looks of it although it does need a paint job, think its up for about £2.9k
