This is my mate just for info.

The pump is priming, there is shitloads of fuel pressure there, but when cranking even with the flap fully depressed there is no fuel spraying from the injectors, the only times we have seen fuel come out the injectors is for a split second when you stop cranking? Its well wierd never seen anything like it?

It should be wired right as i helped him with the wiring, but to be honest KE Jetronic even in the event of a fault will operate in a limited economy and performance mode (as a K Jetronic system), its the fueling issue.

Has anyone ever seen a fault like this?

new information fuel only sprays from the injectors if when the ignition switch is turned off the fuel pump is still running if the ignition switch is turned off after the fuel pump has stoped running it wont spray when the ignition switch is turned off. i bridged the perminant live terminal on the fuel pump relay to the fuel pump live and the injector continuasly sprays, whats strange is that when cranking the fuel pump can be heard running but doesnt inject without the bridge in place have tryed cranking with bridge in place but doesnt start just fires occasionally
does anyone know whats going on

Have you tried someone elses pinky/purple relay? these have gave me a lot of hassle in the past, I would try and do all the easy things first by using
a known working silver ecu
a known working black ecu
a known working pink relay
& a known work brown relay

that would be my starting point, if nothing else that totally rules out all those components therefore you can concentrate on the wiring.

Well, not trying to blow my own trumpet but next time try listening to me when i say somethings wired wrong, and u wana stop listenin to that bloke at your work if hes telling u things like KE Jetronic pulses the fuel flow, its continuous injection..........although we all know its a bit pile of soapy wank.

At least you've found the fault though
