Selling some shit on ebay, one item already bought and buyer has sent payment to my Paypal account. I only have the personal account (not verified yet cos still not recieved this code they on about) and I got an email saying I had to upgrade to Premium (free) to recieve credit card payments. So I did, and it told me payment had been recieved from buyer, and showed in my balance, and also in the account statement as COMPLETED
Now, Ebay is still saying "PAYMENT PENDING FOR ONE ITEM : awaiting payment"
Can I send item out to buyer or should I wait untill the Payment Status on ebay says it's been recieved?

If paypal says its in there then it is.
Their servers work much quicker than Ebay's.
Use the buyers feedback profile to see if he's genuine. If its his first purchace and the value is high wait an extra day or so, incase he's used a carded/stolen card.
If he's got a healthy genuine buy/sell profile then let it go

thats normal on e bay to still say payment pending when you have recieved the money through paypal you should get an e mail saying the money is in your paypal account and they are charging you 4% (i think
so make sure you put on your items for sale that add 4% that way you wont lose out
)
now the pain in the arse is you have to transfer the money out of your paypal account into your own bank account which can take upto 7 working days
hope it helps

Looks like he's a good buyer
Crabby - that 3.4% + 20p - yeah, NOW I know that
Didn't know it before I listed all me items
Still, only lost 52p to Paypal
It says in the Paypal bit you get charged a % if you transfer £49.99 or lees out of your Paypal account to your bank, but it's free if it's £50 or over, so guess I'll have to wait till I have £50 credit in there
