Default PASSENGER SEATS WINDIND BACK ON ITS OWN

Has enyone tried to stop the passenger seat in there cos from winding the back down on its own under acceleration?
It doesn't happen if you have someone in the seat but when empty it winds its self flat and has happened to all the cosworths i have owned.
Not really a problem but if like me you give your car hard use when only you are in it and then go home or pick up a passenger its a bit of a joke when they ask who you had in the car last, and as for the wife believing that it winds its self down on its own. Well i am sure we all recognise that look
Any ideas

Ok guys we seem to agree that they all do it, but has anyone tried to cure the prob ....
Mind you could this make the wife/ girlfriend/ partner or pet (i think i covered every preference and if i didn't i don't want to know Ha Ha) even more suspicious as the seats suddenly stoped there misterious reclining

Hmm, intersting guys.
Mines never done it and I've not come across anyone in New Zealand whose RS's have done it either.
There's only about 50 of us over here though
