Default I love my cossy its great

Well all i can say is its not been started since the last sunday in november and its just fired up first time, no smoke, no missing.

Its the most reliable car ive ever had barr the oil burner

Took it for a spin to give the engine a chance to warm through and the battery a quick charge.

Reminded me how slippy the roads are, the 55 escort van just doesnt have the power to break into wheelspin

Yeh same here, took mine out yesterday , first time in a while, makes you realise how great they are when you dont use them everyday, was thinking of having a engine build done, but still gives me a awesome buzz on the stage3, cleaned it today, back to bed for a while now...........

shouldnt mean they cant be reliable tho, there just gettin old i guess, need more preventative maintanance.....i gotta do 60miles a day in mine, thats without social use. Of course we could all turn the boost down and they would last forever?

fucking hell, wish i was in the same boat, bought mine over a year ago, melted a piston after 300 miles, just got it up and running again, and its still not right, Mmmm makes me think should i have gone down the jap route??????????????.......................as yet its the biggest sack of shit car i have ever bought, talk about a rush of blood buying it, not been in a quick car for a while, so i was determined to buy a fast cossie, obviously the wrong one though! touch wood, when its right i will love it, well done to the person who sold it to me by the way

round or applause to you

(this is not a slagging off of the cossie by the way, i think they are awesome, just my experience so far has been a very expensive one, i do hope to god, all will be well soon and it will turn into the best car i have ever had) when it goes, it goes, but for how long it goes is the question?????????

funny thing is tho - I actually prefer to drive the Mondeo most days anyway as I dont have to worry about it and can take it up kerbs, etc

and the mondeo derv is quieter.

Which remonds me anyone want to buy a cossie zorst with a straight thru pipe - ie no middle section
