Was on my way back from a mates house in Oldham at 2:30pm, I was driving down Ashton Road towards Ashton under lyne and there was a red Peugeot 206 coming towards me, she indicates to turn accross my path into a side street so i slow a little, the without warning she turn right infront of me

I braked and locked up, turn to try and miss her but there was traffic coming the other way, so i just braced myself and bang, it was done
I hit her rear quarter and spun her round in the road, first thing i did was jump out and see if she was ok then noticed a young lad in the passenger seat, thank god i swerved and hit the rear quarter and not the passenger door. The AA have recovered the car and its on my drive, Pics to follow.

Anyway, i feel ill as fook so i'm bollox to this stopped smoking, i need a ciggy!

Wait for the insurance to write it off and make sure you get a courtesy car off her insurance company in the interim.

As soon as she reports it they will sort this, untill they've heard her side of her being stupid they wont wanna know.

If your back or owt hurst sort out some compo.. regardless because your salvage your car and buy a new one with the payout from her policy.

As soon as i asked if she was ok she said "what happened, why did you hit me" it was her fault as she pulled infront of me.

Police turned up and gave us both producers and said they would back me up if it went to court.

 

Not that much damage, should be ok to get fixed..
