Hi I have a red S2 RS turbo which i have to sell any ideas on how much it is worth, i was thinking about 3K its G reg full 90spec 94000 FSH and thousands worth of reciepts every MOT and tax disc from new.

Engine
It has done 2500 miles on a engine build using mahle low comp pistons grp A head and skimmed crank by M&J performance. has brand new cosworth stg3 4x4 turbo on it modified to fit with 48 housing (been told turbo can flow 400BHP) full stainless, K&N, 195bhp superchip running 1Bar, PACE rad and intercooler, -31, new plugs, leads, dizzy, rotor arm, manifold and bolts, cam, valve stem oil seals, oil changed every 3K (castrol RS)

Interior
Fully stripped and lightened, standard front seats, full grpN roll cage painted white, boost gauge, Race steering wheel, white dials


Exterior
16" white mondeo rims with 4 brand new tyres, paint work is factory fresh, no rust or holes. Cosworth discs with mintex 1155 race pads, de wipered (rear), twin headlights full suspension spax PSX adjustable, DTM mirrors

The car is mint and has just been set up any ideas on how much its worth or what i should be looking for.

unless you find a hardened rs nut, i think youll struggle to get a sale without an interior?

never seen a red one with white mondy wheels????

engine build sounds good, recipts will defo help a sale.
hard to put a price on any rs, i paid £2500 for mine with £15,000 of recent reciepts and its got an agreed value of £7000 with the insurance company (stupid cooonts lol)

think youll struggle to get 3k for it but i could be wrong.

 

just my opinion but the mildly tuned rs turbos dont go for as much as the standard or heavily tuned ones with their being quite alot of mods like the roll cage, stripped out interior this may put people off? the tax discs from new etc will deffo help it all dependds now on if the right person comes along. get some pics up mate, good luck with the sale the tops i would pay if your description is dead on is around 2.4k oh and the dtm mirrors will put alot of people off

 

all depends if u some1 wants a car built the same as yours, only worth what some 1 will pay,start at a price u think its worth u can always come down . good luck

 

id agree with sufsRS stripped out interior will put alot of people off as above think you will struggle to get £3000 for it id say more like £2200-£2400 going by the way the market is at the moment
