My erst is desperate for a tune up and also the timing is way off.
does anyone know any tuners near poole or bournemouth way?
or in dorset?

Mate, I live on the other side of Bournemouth and there's a good rolling road near the Mountbatten Arms Roundabout!
Can't remember then name of it! lol But IIRC Fast Ford did a shoot there with our local group
