damn thing just snapped off when i was trying to fit my dumpvalve anyone got one for me?

its the part that the pipe slips onto that just fell off

just throw the shit valve in the bin job done, if you did not fit it in the first place nothing would of happned, told you their bad for RST's

get 1 from a rs breaker or just blank that 1 off and T into the other outlet on the manifold

But yeah, Fords sell most things cheaper than you would think

Just ask for a vaccume take off on the top of the inlet manifold, make sure you get the correct one as they are different sizes.

 

Have to agree with SufsRS That part is available from FORD.Now throw the dump valve in the bin.Regards Micky

Oh bugger lol, I knew I was riving the wrong car all this time

 

are they really that bad ? ? ? someone feel free to explain why dump valves are so poo ? ? ?

 

 

1.No need for one,so why fit it.
2.The rough lumpy idle it'll give you,if the car idle's at all.
3.The very good possability that an air leak will appear and give rough running.Have seen loads of posts here with engine running problems that are casused by leaky dump valves.
4.The gay sound they make,every chaz in a turbo powered car fits them.

One "good" point
Fools outside pubs/chippy's and 15 yr old girls outside schools/youth clubs will think youre motor has 250 bhp!!!!
