Any one taken the arches (kit) and side skirts off there erst? need to no where the bolts hide and how many there are?

front and rear arches are bolted on with little nuts u have to remove the inner wheel arch spats and u can feel em (they usually snap)side skirts are pop riveted on underneath the car if i remember correctly

Gota do it, going to the bodyshop !! n/s/f arch, both rear arches, delocked, opening up the front bumper and then the bonnet. LOADSA DOSH!

want me d reg looking mint tho

the sideskirts are held on by phillips screws into the sills,once you remove the screws the skirts pulls up off a rail on the sill.
the front arches are held on by 4 or 5 nuts and a screw through the sill.
back arches are held on by rivets which have to drilled out.
both the front and back arches are also held with a double side'd tape.
be prepared for something to break and the probable need to drill the screws holding the sideskirts on.

i did all this to mine when i had a bare metal re-spray last winter.
also dont be suprised when the cost of doing it spirals rapidly

jus to get the sides off, do the arch bits have to come off first?

It's best to take them off yes, I don't think you can take the middle section off seperate (Not easily anyway!) Just be careful when removing the arch kit, it flex's but can crack the paint.

basically i jus want to check the seals, if i put it up on a ramp will i be able to see them (from underneath) without taking the kit off?
