Default whats needed to hit the 200bhp mark on a s2 turbo?

im wanting 200 bhp out of my turbo once running, but whats needed to get the magical 200bhp.

at the mo it got,

collins stage 1 chip
full stainless mongoose exhuast
k&n pannel filter in drill airbox
hybrid stage 2 t3 turbo
- 31
low comp bottom end
standard intercooler.

what would this produce and what boost would i need to get to 200BHP,

cheers

Change the intercooler to a GRS item or something similar

Maybe a high lift cam, not sure on what to recommend

Decent set up and about 18psi should do it

Just fit an intercooler, run some more boost and it'll hit 200BHP no problem imo [as long as the engine is nice and healthy!!]

supurb, so not much to spend on the old girl to get her up there then.

the engine is not bad, its have a new piston as it had a crap one fitted, but pj motorsport are going to do me a fully matched one for me. and while the engines aprt im chaging a few parts just so there all new and i wont have to worry about them.
the engine is only on 61k so should be ok, and the turbos nearly new as well.

so new intercooler and trip to the rollers it is then, cheers peps

oh one other thing, im runnng a standard ford cam,and i hear these are very good, but would i benafit from have a vernier pully on it to get the best from the cam??

Its not pointless fitting a vernier to a standard cam as it will allow you to get the timing dialled in perfectly [although your not gonna see/feel any real gains imo]

The standard cam is very good and many tuners swear by them BUT.....they do have quite a high wear rate usually lasting only 60'000 miles ore so before the lobes wear. So you'll probably find your cam is already quite worn.

An alternative cam that is recommended by many is the Piper 285 [Not the T2]
