Default Parcel Force Fu*kwits

I arranged a collection for some seats via the Parcel Force website 4 days ago. I received an e-mail telling me the payment had gone through but nothing from Parcelforce. It was supposed to be picked up today and after sending 2 e-mails asking them to confirm they had my order and hearing nothing I decide to ring their customer services. I managed to get through eventually and got the arsiest Fu*kwit who pissed me off so much I ended up hanging up on her. The conversation went something like this:

Me: Hello, i'd like to confirm that you received my order to collect a parcel.

Fu*kwit: What is your reference number.

Me: I don't know as I haven't received a confirmation e-mail, hence my call.

F: Well its a number begining with a Z.

Me: I don't have a reference number as I haven't heard anything since I placed the order via your website on the 4th.

F: Well I can't do anything without a reference number.

Me: can you please check my details or something to see if the order has even been received.

F: Okay, whats your reference number.

(by this point I am starting to get very pissed off )

Me: I haven't got a reference number.

F: Well how do you know you've even placed an order?

Me: Because I've been billed and want you to confirm you have received the order.

F: Well whats the collection post code?

Me: I have it written downstairs, i'll be a few seconds while I go and get it.

F: I'm sorry, you'll have to ring back then as I can't wait around for you to find it.

Me: I don't need to find it, I know exactly where it is, it's in my hallway downstairs.

F: Sorry you'll have to ring back as I don't have the time to wait around while you find it.

(this is after I have been on hold for bloody ages, going through loads of automated menus and waiting for her to finally answer the phone)

At this point I gently placed the receiver back onto the hook.

In summary don't use the Parcelforce website to place an order -as its shit.

i've had that before when i've sent stuff and want to track it's progress
everytime you put the number into the computer it would come up with "not recognized, phone soemone"

much easier to use one of the other courier companies me thinks

Had dealings with them about 3 years ago. Can honestly say I've never experienced had such poor customer service. I swore that I'd never deal with them again, and never have since!
Use some else!
