things to check once an engine is run in?

obviously you put proper oil in it but what other things are worth checking?

did you stretch the engine (accelerate in short bursts gradually building up speed) i guess you did anyway id go round everything checking for leaks and loose bolts nuts et

its rapidly coming up on the magic 1k and was just wondering ...

everything seems tight etc.

cant wait to finally give it some beans as i fooking hate driving around using zero boost getting overtaken by grannys!

what about re torque head bolts etc?

was told not to load the engine up too much
only use a couple of psi and not to go above 4k revs.

sounded like good advice to me...
