fooker wont start properly just turned the key and she was running rough as fook!

i can put the pedal to the metal but wont exceed about 1700 rpm and runs rough!

i replaced the sparkplugs as they were dark as fook! but after a few tries my new ones were the same and still running rough! (popping and banging so i reckon its not igniting properly)

checked the dizzy but doesnt look like its fooked.

unplugged the escv but no change

what could it be????
