Ive got a set of calibra turbo pistons (well very soon will have) with the idea of using them in to make a ZVH, but looking through some sites and talking to people just a little confused - Do they fir the 1.8 block as well as the 2.0 block? Anyone know?
they need to be fitted into an overbored 2ltr block, but they will drop the c/r too much when used in a ZVH engine. People generally use the vauxhall XE pistons in the ZVH engines and vauxhall LET pistons in Zetec Turbo engines.

As far as I know there are no "off the shelf" fit pistons suitable for any 1.8 zetec (OEM pistons that is).
For a 2ltr block (bored to 86mm - aka "2.1"), you have the choice of from Vauxhall:
Calibra Turbo (LET) Pistons, suitable for 16v Zetec turbos (CR too low for 16v!)
Astra GTE XE pistons, suitable for ZVH 8v conversions (CR too high for 16v!)
2ltr blocks arnt much these days!
