How do i adjust my Kent cam CVH solid cam followers?? HELP!

As title ive fitted a set of these and cannot find a way of adjusting them
do i have to use special tools or something, surely someone apart from me has these!

Theyre for an RS1600i
Rang Kent Cams this morning it appears theres no adjustment tools for their Solid cam followers and ive gotta make my own
Cant believe Kent cams make these and dont have any means of adjusting them

well are they the type where it has a recess in where you use shims to get the right valve clearances or are they the nut and bolt type.
find out what the valve clearance is and use the apropreate feeler guage to set the tappet to

ive knocked up some spanners but its taking ages to adjust, ie given up after just one

well even better if the rockers are brand new.
find out the valve clearance on the exhast valve then set one rocker up to the right clearance whilst on the head with feeler gauges like you would do normally. take your measurement off this tappet, then use a digital vernier to get the right size and make sure all the others are the same size to within about .1 of a mm or as close as you can. do the same with the inlet valves then but make sure you have the right clearance by refering to the haynes manual.
