I've just set up my mums new PC but I can't get outlook express to look at her e-mail account on tiscali

Anyone got any ideas?

Also she wants to keep all her old messages and addresses which are currently sitting on her old HD, is there any way I can set it up as a slave drive and get them off?

Any help much appreciated as I've reached the end of my knowledge lol
