Default LOOK WHAT I JUST BOUGHT, I THINK YOU'LL LIKE IT...........

Probably should have spent the money on the Cossie, but needed a daily run around as my old one was dying..... So got this..... off e-bay. Well pleased with it.

Was on e-bay yesterday and was supposed to be on for seven days, saw it, liked the pics, asked the guy what his buy now price was, he says I don't have one....... Me Says....... Well have a think about it and get back to me...... He gets back to me at 11pm last night with what I thought was a decent price, told him I'd be up to see him first thing this morning with cash in hand and if I liked it would he agree to sell it and delete it from e-bay. He say's ok.

Full genuine BMW M Tech Suspension, Full genuine BMW M-Tech Body Kit (Sill covers still to be fitted but brand new and still in packageing and included in the price), Full BMW 540 Grey Leather Interior, including every electric gizmo available, cliamate control, cruise control, onboard computer, etc etc etc (All working), Genuine BMW Wood Cappings on inside of doors, 17 inch Alpina Replica Wheels with 235/45/17 Goodyear Eagles, all with loads of tread, and a recon engine that's done 30,000 miles.

Looks and drives superbly.... No real up todate service history as the guy is a BMW fanatic and did it all himself and much like alot of us serviced it himself. Have bills for thousands and thousands of pounds. Love it.

Shonky old 12 valve E34 520 , 525 or 535??? About a grand to 1200 i reckon Jimbo Can't see many clues as to its exact model appart from the twin pipe which tells me its a least a 6 pot and not a 518 snail!

SPADGE : Two Out of Two...... Should have known you'd be on the nail.

E34 520i (6cyl), and I gave 1250 for it. She is absolutely mint though, and the recon engine sold it for me. Damned good run around for that money. What else can you get for that sort of dosh, that has a bit of class to it. All the parts were bought brand new, and direct from BMW, within the last two years, (Apart from the 540 interior which fell off the back of a truck on it's way to the insurance assessors (Stolen Recovered 540 donated it's interior).

Remember the gold one you had on e-bay a while back, looked half decent. Nice to find some nice ones now and again.

FORDS : Tell me about it, just spend a mint having the engine done.

Jim couple of little things you may or may not know
If you flick the electric sunroof switch backwards then let go of it quickly the roof will continue to open without you holding the button whilst driving , also the same with the drivers window dab the switch and let go and it will go all the way down!
Took me 3 years and about 20 of them to discover that lol

i paid 1200 for mine.also off ebay.93 540 auto with a knackered master cylinder, which cost me sixty quid from the scrappy.i have done 8000 miles in it so far and it hasn't broken down and has not used one drop of oil.used to put oil in the shonky old sierra every couple of weeks.on mine all the windows have one touch operation to go down and the drivers one also has it to go up as well.don't know if yours is the same or not.
