Default Went in a WRC Corolla yesterday- I want one!

Can see why they cost so fucking much now! They unbelivable

We was talking about cars before we wnet out and it and soon as mentioned the Cossie and it having anti-lag he was like "right, watch this then" and put the torque split tofull rear bias and the ALS on full and was caning round

The paddle shift box is mental, makes even the fastest dog boxes ive seen seem slow!

Properly 'avin it he was, "is this sideways enough for ya" is about the only thing I heard him say over the intercom

Brakes take the piss too, literally come out your seat, the harnesses are 100% vital in one of them!

Acceleration is on par with it to a 100odd, but obv then the fensport one has far longer legs and keeps on till 200+ and the WRC tops out at not much over 100.

But everything else in a WRC is in a totally different league, well, totally different to any fooking car

Cant describe it, but it was the tits

WRC cars are so far and away different to your usual road or competition car its unbelivable, being in one when driven full-bore by a top driver you realise they far FAR more different than it seems when you watch them or read about em.

Made the brand new GrpN STi Scooby there look pathetic

Yea, a lot of the people blatantly refused to get in the car with him, esp many of the Kumho people as they knew what he was like , but people who are insane and likely to crash make me wanna get in even more

He was really driving like a mad man, none of this smooth instructor type business, he was going fucking wild

4x4 or not we had smoke pouring from the tyres round most corners

What was you up to at Rockingham today then, apart from belting around in a wicked motor?

In your opinion do you reckon the blue norweigan one is the same spec WRC kit wise then? seen as thats a toy and this is for real! I know you aint been out in the escos so its hard to say lol

Dan- Cant remember the total spec of the blue norwegan one, but it was the transmission that is the biggest difference, if the blue one has the full on wrc active diff type transmission itd be as good if not better, esp with the extra power!

Wasnt today, was yesterday, but spent most the day driving BMWs, from Mini's to M3's.

Also went in this mad single seatwr thing doing 155mph round the oval too- feels a lot faster in a tiny single seater, lol.

And eating and drinking lots of free posh food.

Was a Khumo tyres launch/test day
