Got sacked on friday and i feel i definately have a good case for unfair dismissal, who do i have to contact as i haven't got a clue

Even that would be unfair dissimissel unless your had a dress code!

Seriously best place is probbaly the Citizens advice bureau or a solicitor who deals in employment law!

Think ACAS is pretty helpful
Can give you loads of advice on what to do , where to go etc...

CAB is always a good place to start, plus you have to be unemployed to see them. May I suggest you go very early doors. Also if you need any specific help my mate is a bit of a pro when it comes to employment law...

I would go and see an employment law solicitor myself, most will give you a half hour first consultation FOC to assess whether you have a case or not. Then take it from there.

Since when? They offered me some decent, albeit brief, advice on employment contract law when I had a disagreement with a proposed contract-change to the hours rota'd at my old workplace...
