ello, just bought myself a 1.6 si fiesta and wondering if anybody actually knows the standard 0-60 times. Ive been told its about 10 seconds but it feels quicker than that!

I have a 1.6 Si and as far as performance is concerned its nothing other than a dissapointment, Its crap acceleration and struggles to get 115 120 out it. YOu really need to fit some nice air induction and filter kit, remove the CAT, and fix a bigger throttle body to it to get it up to even the standards of a 1.4

Big hairy knackers to the Si, its definately a shrimp in wolfs clothingŹ!

 

12 secs is the offical time. best to get a 1.6s these are 10 secs standard, but i've timed mine and its more like 9 these are easier to tune than the zetecs aswell if you want something newer get a 1.4 si since these are easy to tune since they have the cvh like the 1.6s and only 0.8 secs slower than the 1.6si zetec, the 1.6s is also cheaper insurance even though it says its a higher group than the si, hope this helps.

the 1.6 is pretty shit performance wise, just slap in a 2 litre zetec. piece of piss, and u have RS turbo performance. I did it myself with a few decent engine bits, filter, exhaust n map it kicked shit out of most stuff.
