Unhappy P0102 P0458 Issues, pulling my hair out

Ford Focus DURATEC VCT 1.6L 2006

Hey peeps, i'm praying that someone can assist on this issue.....

My battery died and I replaced it, since then I am getting a P0102 and P0458 errors with rough Idling on start. I Bought forscan and a proper adapter so I could read the codes as previously had a little code reader that didn't tell me much.

I read up that it may be the MAF sensor so first removed and cleaned it but no difference so bought a replacement..... Still no difference.

I took the tape and covers off the cables to the MAF and all appear ok, nothing looks broken or chafed. Checked all fuses inside the car and all are ok. Found 1 blown fuse in the engine bay near the front of the fusebox... sorry cant remember which.

I've tried metering the connection by putting a small pin down the plug while it is in the MAF but not 100% sure what I should be seeing on what pin. I assume one of the pins should be 12v? none seem to be that though. Any pointers would be massively appreciated as it has its MOT in a few weeks and really need to get this fixed!

I have attached some screenshots from Forscan if it helps!

Many thanks

Found these.... Looks like pin 6 (Green/Red) should be 12v? and pin 5 (Black/Yellow) should be ground?
Need to find where these trace back to.

Ok update.... still hoping someone might be able to ease some of this pain OR this helps someone else with the same issue!

Looks like fuse 25 in the engine bay fusebox is grounded somewhere. IF I replace the fuse and turn on the ignition it blows instantly. Bought a circuit tester to try and trace and work out what is happening, been using a multimeter to test before.

Seems to be continuity between the fuse 25 top pin and the top right cable on the fusebox top connector Green with blue stripe (as per pic)

continuity between these 2 points

Pulled top of fusebox up to try and find cable colour and metering confirmed is also Green with blue stripe and connected to top right pin.

Green cable blue stripe

Tried to trace the cable to the EMS that is located on the right side of the battery but metering it seems to be open, pushed a pin into the cable to try and trace with continuity. Looks like the cabling is the bundle that goes down under the airbox to a connector on the front of the engine, out to the sensors etc and back up to the EMS. Took the airbox out and checked all connections but all appear ok.

Pictures of continuity are below for reference.

Again in the interest of assisting others in this issue, I have found another tip to help trace (albeit I haven't done it yet!)

Using a 3156 lamp (incandescent - NOT LED), bend the legs out and put in place of the fuse. the lamp should light up if there is a short. unplug devices on that circuit until the lamp dims or goes off. Useful to trace where the issue may be!
