Default engine slow to turn over

I'll try and keep it short.

In the middle of January i parked up my Ford Tourneo (11 plate mk7) and it was all running perfectly

i was planning on using it again so renewed the insurance and tried to start it but its very sluggish, like the battery is dead but its not, ive tried using the 1 in my Primastar which was the 1 that was in the Tourneo but its still the same, I've fitted a new starter because some wise person said it was that but its still the exact same

Where the earth lead from the battery connects to the floor at the side of the side was corroded so cleaned that up still the same

There was 2 rusty earth points behind the passenger headlight this has now been rectified but its still the same and TBH i don't know what to try next

Its like the engine is dragging but i don't know why, someone said it could be the Dual Mass Flywheel but that was fine when i parked it up

The Primastar tax is due the end of the month and i don't want to renew it hence trying to get the Tourneo on the road but i am truly stuck so any advice gratefully received

have you tried another battery? ,even though it may be showing 12v on your meter it might not have the power to turn over the van .

have you put a set of jump leads on ?

Tried 3 different battery's, jump starting and even connecting a battery direct to the starter and it still won't crank for a complete turn

is there any chance it is hydro locked?
if you could pull out the heater plugs and try to turn it over .could be a leakey injector or head gasket filling up the bore

Not sure, surely with a battery connect directly to the starter it should turn over fine tho?

stick a socket and big bar on the crank pulley and see if the engine turns freely just to eliminate that the engine isnt locked up

It does turn with the key, i can get about half a rotation per turn of the key if that makes sense?

i cant turn it by hand but, the pulley has 3 bolts on it not 1 big 1, so because they're are 3 none are central which makes it impossible to turn, they are also only 13mm so i dont want to risk snapping a bolt

here is what the pulley looks like

Actually I've just remembered, I went out to it 1 time and it had a warning on the dash about water in the diesel or something along those lines

So would that make it turn over slowly?

If it is hydro locked how do I go about fixing it?

OK so, I've removed the glow plugs, I didn't reassemble anything (wether that makes any difference or not don't know, turned the key and the engine turn for about a second then just stops like the battery is dead when I know it isnt, checked for any water at the plug holes and nothing, those holes are bloody tiny though

So, is there anything else I should try while I have it in peaces?

Put a bayeery straight to the starter and got at least 1 complete turn of the engine all be it very slowly

im stumped mate tbh.

is it worth putting it in gear and try give it a push or tow to see if the engine will turn .

any chance the engine might be seized up a bit ,you need to see if the engine can rotate freely

Thought about a tow but with no power steering I'm not so keen tbh, my street has 2 tight corners to get out, could be a nightmare
