Default Oil Pressure warning light

I'd like to ask something, I have noticed that when I start my engine the oil pressure light needs 3-4 seconds until shuts off.

I had my YB let standing for about 6 year, i have meda a flash to my engine oli by keeping my old oil on it (it had less than 1.000kms and was a Motul V300 10/40)

After the ventilation started and closed for three times I shut down the engine and drain all oti completely from it.
I replaced my oil (but not oil filter) with cheap 10/40 semi synth oil and start it some times just to let it run.
About a month later (without moving the car) I took it to my local garage, I made a completely service, I put a new oil filter and new oil (Valvoline VR1 10/60 Semi synth).

Since then I noticed that when I start my engine (engine completely cold) the oil pressure light stays on for about 3-4 seconds is it normal?

I have an oil pressure gauge (Innovate MTX) and I see that after 3-4 seconds the oil pressure rises and goes up to 5,5 bar

With the engine fully warmed up my oil pressure is :
At idle (1050rpm) between 2,4-2,8 bar
at 2000-2500 rpm 3,5 bar
at 2500-3000 rpm 4,0 bar
at 3000+rpm 4,5+ bar

Ther is no engine sound (tappets/pistons...) it works just like a stock engine.
I know that my turbo has an oil leak on both sides

What is your opinion.
