Default Few questions on a 2.0 dohc Sierra engine

Just in middle of converting sierra from 1.8cvh to 2.0 , almost there have full loom in and running gear just down to wiring
-Where does the pipe from the maf sensor go to ?
-what colour wires are going to idel control valve ,( iv got 2 plugs that were cut )
-also running an inline pump which is just wired to ignition for now just wondering will I need to bypass inertia switch incase the 2.0 loom and ECU would have had one ? Dont think the car has an inertia switch

Anyone know is there any relays I need to add to the fuse box to get it running

Few photos would be very helpful
Thanks

The DOHC does not have a MAF sensor, it only has a MAP sensor which is connected to the inlet manifold.
The DOHC originally has an inertia switch for the fuel pump. It is either in the spare wheel well (upto 1991) or behind the kick panel on the drivers side (1991/1992).
