Default Ford Ka ST170

Hi!
First sorry for my bad english.
I'm going to swap Focus ST170 engine to mk1 Ford Ka.
First at all: will it fit with original ST 6 speed getrag gearbox?
Second question: what is easiest way for wiring? I have all the Focus wires and control units. Can I somehow use only engine wiring with ecu? Do I need to delete immo from ECU when I don't use original dash?
Thanks!

You can't remove the immobiliser. You don't need the clocks.
It will run happily on a cut down loom.

Your problem will be trying to integrate the ecu to your gems unless you run it fully stand alone.

Everything that comes out of ECU would be good.
