focus st170 driveshafts
i have just started putting the st170 gearbox in my ka, now i am after some information about the shafts from the focus!
will any focus shafts fit into the box (2.0 focus, focus diesel) i know they all use the mtx75 (iirc) apart from the st170 whihc uses the 6 speed getrag
somebody has mentioned i wasnt shore that the st170 splines are unique and no other focus inner cv's will fit???
there are plenty of focus shafts on ebay etc but breakers want a fortune for the focus st170 shafts well i just need 1 really just to copy the ends (400) all i require are the spline patterns for the box so i can get some new shafts made!

I've just found a 170 engine for 700 and another ka for 400. I thought i was gonna be the first ;-(
