admiral continue to impress me....after writing of my last C63 they were easy to deal with and quick at paying out....they paid out within 7 days ….
now my automatic renewal has came through and its lower than all the quotes ive had on comparison sites....
for a 100% fault claim im now paying £170 more than last year at £963.
I always thought automatic renewals were silly high prices?

How much they paying you too advertise fuzzy? 🤣🤣
edit: my renewal has come though for my s4 and it’s higher than normal, but now I’ve put it back to nearly standard I’m going to phone up and see what difference it makes to the price 😬

10% off to make up for my lack of no claims....
na credit where its due....im sure weve all experienced to snidey backsliding ways usually employed by insurance companies.....its nice to not be shafted and for them to give you a good price to start with rather than hoping youll automatically renew on an over inflated premium out of laziness.......

This does surprise me with Admiral. My wife and I were with them for many years with a multi car policy. Every year the renewal would come through hundreds of pounds more and every year I'd do a quote as a new customer and it would be cheaper than what we payed the previous year. This would then result in a discussion with them on the phone and them then matching the quote. This happened every year without fail.
Looks like they've upped their game perhaps.
I bloody hate searching for car insurance every year, it's a bloody nightmare.

Same here, I been pleasantly surprised by insurance companies renewals in recent years being competative and even the AA was cheapest few years ago with good level of cover, considering many years ago whenever I got an AA quote they were uber expensive, and I was a member as well, so i gave up on them. Then again been with same insurer for 2-3 years and then renewal suddenly shoots up for no reason.

they probably lull you into a false sense of security at first renewal then hammer you on the second
been shafted a couple of times by insurance companies in the old days even when its not been my fault it ends up costing me.
but with one high performance write off last year if I crash this one ill give up and go back to driving something less powerful

IIt could be they have loaded it up, but insurance prices are at a low currently, as less claims being made, due to no one driving anywhere other than work or tescos.
less drunk drivers about too!, as no pubs open

Been with L.V for the last 4 years, but as some others its the same thing....renewal comes through above the previous years premium but after a call its £20/£30 cheaper than the last.....£230 at the moment so not to bad on the daily.
My Hastings renewal came in at about £24 more than last year, not a lot but that's 10% increase which is a lot. Anyway, not it down to £15 less than last year after calling them up, so win win. Other insurers were a bit cheaper but renewing is easy. Been with them 5 years in a row now.
