230PS - Volvo C30 2010 / ST 225 - engine mods 350PS??

This is my first post
I want to ask you for some advice.
First I need to write what info I have and what is the goal.
Goal: C30 T5 2010 with B5254T7 engine upgraded to ~350 PS + AWD swap from V50 T5 AWD.
Why?: My engine is broken - compression check results are 8/7/9/7/6,5 and after "oil test" they are rising which means that block needs to be rebuilt.
Findings:
1. Internal parts are not enough for ~350PS (rods, pistons)
2. Sleeves are to thin and need to be enhanced if I want to have a higher power output
3. There are some problems with engine cooling at such power - oil temp and coolant temps (??)
4. Stock turbo need to be replaced.
I have also info about C30 Polestar configuration (455@7500 / 530 Nm ):
- standard 2.5T engine block
- D5 diesel IC (same like in XC60 T6 engine) - I already did this upgrade
- K26 Turbo (boost 23PSI) - in some other tech data K16 is mention
- S60R pistons, rods and exhaust camshaft
- intake camshaft from N/A 2.4
- valve springs from Volvo 3.2 N/A engine
- Bosch 550 injectors
- Volvo 850 flywheel and Sachs Performance clutch
Now - some answers that I think are valid (if not please correct me):
1. I can use S60R or RS rods and pistons - also there is an option to change crankshaft for 2.4 N/A engine to decrease compression ratio (or this one from S60R can be used to?) - the whole lower part of the S60R engine I already have
2. Darton is really expensive and in my opinion, it is too much for this power output. I need a cheaper but "good enough" solution that can manage ~350HP (there is no plans at all to go over this power).
Option "A" - I can close my engine here: Engine upgrade (Satistech Poland)
Option "B" - I can buy B5244S5/B5244S5 2.4 N/A block engine and close it too
Option "C" - any other proposed by you?
3. I know that some RS owners are adding additional oil cooler. It is needed for this power? There are any performance parts that I can use (or need to use) to help the engine cool down?
4. Turbo - what I know for now that best it will be to get RS turbo and Bosch 550 injectors. There is any other option that will fit somehow P&P? I know that DP needs to be replaced (I'm doing AWD swap so DP needs to be adjusted).
