who supplies em , from what i read there better than poly bushes ??

Graham goode sells them. There about 85 quid each lol.

Some people say dont use poly bushes and some people say they have them fitted to there rear arms and cant tell the difference.

hmm i think for the money i may have to go poly will probly feel better as mine were fooked anyway

I have a set of rear poly-bushes if your interested? suspension arms and the mounting to the chassis. Black powerflex ones

I believe these are the ones i have and their powerflex part numbers:

Rear Beam Mounting BushPFR19-107

Rear Trailing Arm Outer Bush

PFR19-110

Rear Trailing Arm Inner Bush

PFR19-111

Price new is £262.44, £130inc postage for the lot?

I bought a pair of rear arms years ago. I also cleaned the old grease out of the bushes then repacked them with grease and fitted new seals.

I've also got a set of rear arm poly bushes which have never been fitted 50 quid inc postage.

That is for the spherical bearings, fitting bushes would be a downgrade.

Stick to the proper spherical items, Cosworth handles bad enough already without adding poly bushes to the rear arms

cant justify spending £370 on bushes tho the cosworth tax on all the crap does my head in , cant wait to build her up drive it for a while as i build my mk1 escort then sell the cossie , i bought it to drive and cause of how the prices have gone just cant do it

I would spend the extra or maybe look out for some used rear arms with good bearings?

How bad are you bushes? They do move about inside cause like said they are spherical bushes.

My whole saph I've replaced everything with poly bushes over the years and never had any problems myself.
