Default Timeing issue.. any one know how to time up a 2.5 st

My belt slipped then would nt run right .. so I brought a new head she runs but taps when I press the throtle .. I think my inlet cam as slipped as there is no key on the pully just a bolt . I need to no where the INLET cam lowbes should be facing .. If any one can help it would be appreciated

There is a special tool to lock the non pulley end of the cams together.
