Default Ignition Timeing?

What should the ignition timeing be set to on an escort turbo with the following spec...

Stage 1 bayoo chip
Piper T2 cam (correctly timed up using vernier)
15psi
Ported n polished head
Low compression

Just rebuilt the engine and set the ignition timeing to standard (cant rememer the figure off the top of my head).

Any help appreciated, cheers

Set it to standard timing but get it DET/FUEL checked before giving it large.
