Don't look too bad. Poke at them with a screwdriver, do they go through? If not rub back, slap some white paint on it, job done

Get the screw driver on them and give them a few taps.

Looking at the rust in pic 2 I think that piece of rust might turn into a hole.

The rest doesn't look bad.

Be very suprised if it fails an MOT with that small amount of rust.

Did you just put wax oil straight over the top of rust?

It should dry ok. When you take it for its MOT they will be looking for severe rust which could affect the structure of your car, if its got waxoyle on or not will not make the difference between a pass or fail.

I’d tidy that up, it looks really rough. Some masking tape and a sharp line would have looked ten times better.

your doing this to get it through an mot and you say you can only see it from underneath. Where do you think the mot tester will be? A rough looking car will always get a stricter test. He’ll be looking to see what you might be trying to hide.

i neaten it up with a line now put 2nd layer on, not trying to hide anything trying to stop it rotting further already had 1 hole had to be welded dont need others developing, it was my mechanic told me to paint them up. can test sills as much as they like there all solid. cant fail because i painted it under the car. bitch of it all is MOT fails on day of test now not the expiry date

MOT testers are used to seeing all sorts of bodge ups and repairs underneath cars but they know what they are looking for and will fail it on structural major rust only not the cosmetics of what people have done to "make it look better". Get it booked in and see what happens.
