Default Brake problem! Is my servo buggered?

Changed the front discs and pads on my fiesta st tonight. Went to bleed them and theres no pressure in the pedal? Fluids not leaking and not going down in the reservoir. I disconnected the brake pipe and got my father in law to push the pedal down and the fluid was just dripping out with no pressure behind it

Is this a servo issue?

More likely a master cylinder issue, possible spun seal in the master cylinder.

No, it's a patience issue and knowing how to bleed correctly.

Easiest way is either a pressure bleeder or vacuum bleeder.

Why did you need to bleed the brakes anyway?
