Default modine oil seals 4x4 sapphire

Hi guys, got a couple of questions for you to answer please;

1-is the oil filter arm to modine seal of the same size as that of the oil filter ?

2- burton power has got YB SC767 modine seal. Is this suitable to fit on each side of the modine, i.e. modine to block and modine to oil filter arm? Are both seals of the same size ?

3- there appears to be a copper sealing washer in between the oil filter arm and the closed ended nut holding the assembly in place over the modine, am I right? Should I replace this washer when reassembling back in place?

4- Is there any other seal inside I should be aware of and replace while the unit is out on the work bench?

5- Can you recommend someone where to purchase all the seals involved in the modine assembly?

Thanking you in advance for your kind help .
