Default Noisy tappet(s) at mid temp - Quiet when cold and warm / 3dr Cosworth

Hi,

I have a issue With some noisy tappet(s) on my 3dr Cosworth. Most likely just one or two tappets it sounds like. The thing is, that it's running Perfect and quiet when Cold without any tappet noise, but as it's starts to warm up (3-5 min) the one or two tappets start to make noise..

When running the car at this point, I can hear the tappet(s) noise when revving the engine up slowely, and sometimes when going of the throttle and revving up again, it can be quiet for a coulpe of second and then start again.
When engine is hot, it's quiet again. Let it sit for a an hour or two, it can be same all over again, and sometimes not.

Running Mobil 1 Rally Formula 5W-50 the last 3 years, but have now ordered Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 10W-50 to test With this season.

Any tip or advice to what could cause this annoying issue?

I suspect it is the oil thickness. Has the engine ever been rebuilt?

Not that I know, owned the car for 3 1/2 years. The valve tappet noise started last summer. Some days it's quiet and fine all day..
