Hi all, do some guys drive their Turbo with an oil cooler ? Whcih one do you have and do you have some pictures of it ?
I want to install the oil cooler but I don't know for sure how to fit it on the rear of the engine, I do have a sandwich plate at the moment but it's connected to the injection plate and further to the back of the intake manifold to a sensor (I guess oil temperature sensor ?).

My oil cooler is mounted in the bumper (mk3 escort)
It’s a custom pro alloy one as I’m running dry sump

Previously ran a set tab cooler in same location

A lot of people run them inside the engine bay on the passenger wing

Just befinf the headlight
