Default Can you get this fitting ?

On the inlet manifold there is fitting inserted in it for a pipe to go in (fitting can be seen in diagram below and is second uniform top), my fitting is cracked and I'm wondering if it is possible to get one of these and if so where ?

If I remember correctly I managed to get it out by carefully drilling the brass insert down and then used a chisel to get the rest out.
